We executed a complete visual and structural transformation, replacing the outdated wood with a coordinated system of custom designer cabinetry and premium stone surfaces. We installed full-overlay perimeter cabinets in a classic white finish, featuring recessed panel doors that bridge the gap between traditional craftsmanship and modern minimalism. The crown molding was meticulously fitted to the ceiling to create a seamless, integrated look.
To truly elevate the space, we focused on a high-impact stone installation. We utilized luxury Calacatta quartz for both the countertops and the full-height slab backsplash, ensuring the elegant grey veining flowed uninterrupted across the vertical and horizontal planes. This “wrapped in stone” approach not only adds a massive sense of luxury but also makes the space incredibly easy to maintain. We finished the design with a custom peninsula that serves as a prep station and social bridge, illuminated by integrated under-cabinet LED lighting that highlights the stone’s natural luster.
